The service

Estate By Avy produces short property films directed from photography and information you supply. Nothing is filmed on site, and nothing about a property is intentionally invented: films are made from your photographs, and every shot carries a provenance grade that travels with the film.

The films

Four ways of working are offered:

Horizontal Property Film — €299. One property, one horizontal (16:9) final film. Revisions are not included.
Horizontal + Vertical Property Films — €599. One property, the horizontal film and a vertical (9:16) film. Revisions are not included.
Three Property Collection — €1,299. Up to three properties, horizontal and vertical films for each, with revisions included.
Estate By Avy Private Client — €3,999 per month. An ongoing arrangement: property films (horizontal and vertical, with revisions included) for properties you submit while the subscription is active. It renews monthly until cancelled.

Prices are in euros. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never touch our systems.

Your account and portal

Films are produced and delivered through your client portal at portal.estatebyavy.com. You sign in with email links; you are responsible for access to the email address on your account. Property capacity from a purchase is used when you start a property in the portal.

Your material

You confirm that you hold the rights to the photography and information you supply, and that facts you provide about a property can be evidenced. We use your material only to produce your films.

Delivery and revisions

Films are typically delivered within a few days of your photography arriving; your portal shows a named expected delivery date once production begins. Where a package includes revisions, request them by reply or through the portal and they will be taken care of; packages without revisions are delivered as directed, and questions about a delivery are always welcome.

Your licence

On payment, the delivered films are yours to publish for the marketing of the property and of your own work — listings, property portals and social channels — without additional per-platform licensing fees. Provenance markers that appear on the frame must remain in place: they are what lets a film be advertised honestly.

Subscription renewal and cancellation

The Private Client arrangement is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your portal; the arrangement then runs to the end of the paid month. Films already delivered remain yours after cancellation. New properties cannot be started while a subscription is inactive.

Download availability

Delivery links in email remain active for seven days. Your films stay available in your portal, where fresh download links are issued each time you open a property’s page — and if you ever lose access to a file, ask and it will be made available again.
