The nature of the work

Every film is a bespoke production for one specific property, directed and reviewed by a person. It is not an off-the-shelf digital product, and once production begins, the work is being made for you alone.

Subscription cancellation

The Private Client arrangement can be cancelled at any time from the billing page in your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; films already delivered remain yours.

If something is wrong

If a delivery is wrong — the wrong property, a missing film, a technical fault in the file — write to hello@estatebyavy.com and it will be put right. Where a package includes revisions, adjustments are part of the service. For anything else, including a request to cancel an order before production begins, write to the same address and it will be handled personally and promptly.

Consumers

Where you buy as a consumer, statutory rights in your country apply and nothing on this page reduces them.
