Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, name and company, given when you create your client account.
• Property material — the photography, links and notes you supply for a film, stored privately and used only to produce your films.
• Purchase records — what you bought and when. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Correspondence — messages you send through the portal or to hello@estatebyavy.com.

This marketing site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The client portal uses one strictly functional cookie to keep you signed in.

Who processes it

Your data is handled by the services that run Estate By Avy: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (private media storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Films and photography are stored in a private bucket and are only ever reachable through expiring, signed links.

How long we keep it

Your account, films and purchase history are kept while your account exists, so delivered work stays available to you. Ask at hello@estatebyavy.com to have your account and its material removed; records we are legally required to keep (such as invoicing history) are retained for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to hello@estatebyavy.com. Transactional email (sign-in links, purchase confirmations, deliveries) is part of the service; we send no marketing email without your consent.
